By accessing and using CleanCook, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CleanCook is a recipe management app designed to allow users to manage and store recipes in a convenient and clean way without ads. The service includes:

• Smart AI cleaning of recipes
• Cooking mode with enlarged interface
• Shopping list creation
• Dark mode support
• Multi-language support
• Safari sharing capabilities

3. Charges and Payments

CleanCook is free to download. The app offers optional in-app purchases for additional AI credits processed through Apple. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Credits do not expire.

3b. Anonymous Accounts

When you use CleanCook, an anonymous account is automatically created to manage your AI usage and purchased credits. No personal information is required. This account is tied to your device and cannot be transferred.

4. Ownership and User Content

You retain all ownership rights in any content you submit, post or display on or through the service. Users own their content fully. CleanCook does not claim any rights over recipes or content you save.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not use the service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Stalk, threaten or otherwise harass any other user
• Collect or track personal information of others
• Spam, phish, or engage in any other unlawful activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our service
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED ON THIS SERVICE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CLEANCOOK, OR ITS SUPPLIERS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO COMPUTER MALFUNCTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS ON THIS WEBSITE, EVEN IF CLEANCOOK OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED ORALLY OR IN WRITING OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and right to use the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of the terms or conditions of this agreement, or for any other reason or no reason at all.

9. Changes to Service

We may modify or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of the service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jerusalem, Israel.

11. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of this service, and supersedes any prior versions of this agreement. If any part of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties' original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
